It's a numbers game I have had many that did not respond to my messages also. Phone verification is required; otherwise they will not let you read messages after paying the subscription. There is no consumer protection anymore, so don't sign up. WHEN someone actually wants to meet you, their message gets lost conveniently with no way to respond and answer. This is a foolish, wasted site of your time and money. I called to cancel the account. The service representative was unfriendly and only offered me a partial refund after I brought up that I would complain to the BBB.
